At ISAMAYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, items that have been opened, swatched, or used are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused products in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
